Determine Wall Thickness (inner/outer) from Material Type

If this is selected, the tool checks the input feature for its material type and uses this information to determine if the Outer Diameter/Height is outer or inner. If this selection is clicked, Outer Diameter/Height is no longer visual in the UI ribbon.
