Automatic Outer Height/Diameter

The UI list displays all possible attributes in the selected Automatic Feature Type.

If this is selected, the Length/Diameter and Outer Diameter/Height are disabled. Outer Diameter/Height will also be checked. The selected attribute instance value will then be used, instead of the Length/Diameter ribbon UI value.
