Flood Analysis

Toggle to start/stop the function - the "Flooding Analysis" icon will highlight when active.

Flood Radius
The radius of the circle that defines the Area of Interest 

Step Value
The incremental value to use when elevating or lowering the flood plain

Note: The analysis is limited to the extent of the Bounding Box.

Steps to follow

1. Select values for "Flood Radius" and "Step Value"

2. Pick a center point.

3. The function will retrieve the elevation from the nearest grid cell and highlight all cells with lower elevation.

4. <optional> Use the Increase/Decrease button to elevate or lower
