Quadri for Windows

Walk through this troubleshooter to try to find a solution to your problem with Quadri for Windows.

• Did the program just crash without any error message? First open your last log file (Send Log Files ) and do a search for "OneDrive". If you find anything, then you need to change things (OneDrive )! If that was not the case, take a look a the sub pages under "Crashes and other problems" in the index tree to the left and see if any of the descriptions there fit your case.

• Was there something that didn't work as expected, but you did not get any error message? See if any of the sub pages under "Crashes and other problems" in the index tree to the left match your case.

• Did you get a dialog with the title "Quadri stumbled and fell", and the text: "An unexpected situation has occurred"? Then first check for OneDrive as described above, or click the "View report" and look under the sub page "Error messages" and the sub pages under that to see if you can find a matching error message to anything you see in the report.

• Did you get another error message dialog? Then look under the sub page "Error messages" for the error message you received.
