Use Thickness = Outer - Inner

This selection is only enabled when both Automatic Outer Height/Diameter and Automatic Inner Height/Diameter are selected. If clicked, thickness will be calculated from the difference between these two results, instead of the Automatic Thickness selection. If not clicked, a thickness will not be calculated.
