Property Set Editor

Turn on/off the Property Set pane. It provides the ability to add and edit attributes on features.  

Once you click "Property Set Editor", a pane will appear, which you can position as desired. From the Property Set Editor pane you can choose what attributes you want to edit and add, by clicking "Select Features".
