Quadri stumbled and fell

This is when you get a dialog with a sad face and a title "Quadri stumbled and fell". The error message itself says: "An unexpected situation has occured".

This is a general crash. Press the "View report" to see more details. Take a look at the first couple of lines after the line "**** Exception text ****" (about 20 lines down) and see if any of the below are recognizable.
