Trimble Quadri Help
We expect all users of our softwares to follow updates so that they are working on one of the released versions listed below. We also expect our users to ensure they are working on the latest updates within the available versions.
New updates will be shipped only on the latest version available. Critical fixes may be shipped on older supported versions.
As a result of technical changes during the year of 2026 the communication with the Shared Object Model on Trimble Connect will stop working for the following Quadri for Windows and Novapoint versions in:
2023-series or older series (these are already End-of-Life)
2024-series, older than 2024.6e
2025-series, older than 2025.6c
Quadri for Windows requires Trimble Geodetic Library (TGL) to create Quadri models. If it is not already installed, you can install it from here.
Quadri 2025 can be installed side-by-side with previous Quadri versions, but you can only run one instance at a time.
The product requires license version 27.00
For use of Quadri for Windows with Novapoint Design Modules - please install Novapoint instead.
Below we have listed the Quadri for Windows versions which have reached their End-of-Life (EoL).
These versions are no longer supported with critical updates or customer support.
We strongly recommend upgrading your software to a newer version to get the latest functionality and to be on top of managing cyber security issues.

Quadri for Windows 2024 May 1st, 2026
Quadri for Windows 2023 Dec. 18th, 2025

Key Implications of End of Life (EOL)
No Further Support: Versions which have reached EOL are no longer supported by Trimble. This means we will not provide any technical assistance, bug fixes, or updates.
No Security Patches: Critically, we will not release any further security updates for this version. This may leave your system vulnerable to potential security risks and exploits.
Connected Project Access Risks: If you are using versions after EOL as a client to access Shared Object Models in a Connected Project, please be advised that access may be blocked at any time. Several reasons could lead to this, including, but not limited to:
Security vulnerabilities in the outdated application
Compatibility issues with updated server components
Changes in security protocols or access control measures
General instability caused by running an outdated application
Increased Instability: Using an end-of-life application can lead to increased instability, data corruption, and other unforeseen issues.
Recommended Action: We strongly recommend that you immediately upgrade to the latest version of Quadri for Windows. This will ensure you receive the latest security updates, bug fixes, and product feature enhancements.
Please download the latest version.
Contact your IT department or our support team for assistance with the upgrade process if needed.
