Crashes and other problems

If you got an error message of any kind for your problem, look under "Error messages" in the left pane to find a matching description to your error message.

If you just got a problem or a crash, but no error message, check the sub pages here for solutions.

If Quadri for Windows crashes without any error message, you will get a message next time you start Quadri for Windows. The message says "Abnormal shutdown" and offers to send in a crash report. Please note that this does not trigger a support case! You can read more about this here: Crash reports.
