Can not see Shared Model info

In Trimble Connect Web page, none of the information under "Shared Model": Tasks/Timeline/Worksets can be shown. There is only an exclamation mark and a text: "Something went wrong when fetching activities".

This can be because there is no Feature Catalogue defined in the Civil Extension settings.
