Virtual Flow Path

General description

A "Virtual Flow Path" moves accumulated water from one grid cell to another and can in this context be used to analyze the effect of placing culverts under roads or building a diversion ditch.

Note: The concept does not consider dimensioning in any way - it will move all accumulated water from its starting point to its end point.

New Object

1. Press the "New Object" icon - it will highlight when active.

2. Set "Single" as calculation mode

3. Select a starting location within the Bounding Box

4. The function will display the path and all basins created on its way

Repeat step 3 and 4 - the previous result will be removed before displaying the next
