Updating server parameters
If a Quadri server has moved to a so called "hybrid" server, you need to notice the following:
get the Organization ID of the server from your Quadri administrator (we will use 123456789 as an example)
The address to the Model Manager will change to: https://manage-003.az.quadri.trimble.com/123456789/modelmanager
You can continue working with existing worksets, if you do this:
Open the binder or Workset in Quadri / Novapoint 2023
Click on the top node in Quadri Explorer
Click Details in Quadri Properties
Change:
- Host name or IP-address: app.quadri.trimble.com
- Organization ID: 123456789
Click "Back" and you should be able to share again.
Connections in Project Browser need to be redefined. To do that:
Delete the existing connection (this is not a choice, if you do not delete the existing connection, things will not work)
Click New connection
Add URL: app.quadri.trimble.com
Add alias
Click Set connection parameters manually
Enter your Organization ID
Press OK
