Only C drive is shown on Server Dashboard

On the "Server", "Dashboard" page, only the C drive is shown, even though the server has more disks.

Go to "Server", "Models", "Size". Most likely you get an error saying "ORA-65162...". This means a password is expired. Contact Trimble Support to get it fixed, mention the phrase "ORA-65162".
