No backups are shown

On the "Server", "Dashboard", no backups are shown, even though they seem to be OK on the disk.

Go to "Server", "Models", "Size". Most likely you get an error saying "ORA-65162...". This means a password is expired. Contact Trimble Support to get it fixed, mention the phrase "ORA-65162".
